Marc Evans
- Founder and CEO Of Sports Engineering Group, LLC (SEg) and M25 Swim.
- Expert in Movement and Technique: Developed the "Principles of Design" and focuses on product design, prototyping, and patenting.
- Author and Educator: Published four books covering movement testing, biomechanics, periodization, and other aspects of athletic performance.
- Experienced Coach: Two-time head coach for USA Triathlon, led the team at the 1989 World Championships, and coached at the Olympic Training Center.
- Inventor: Holds patents for the SPEEDO® Contoured and SPEEDO® SwimFoil training paddles, among other swimming patents.
- Recognized Leader: Received the "Award of Excellence" from the American Medical Association and was named "International Coach of the Year."
Jane Cappaert, PhD
- SEg VP of Research and Development:
- Biomechanics expert with experience at the U.S. Olympic Training Center and USA Swimming.
- Played a key role in the development of the Speedo® Fastskin® swimsuit.
- Experience in footwear research at Reebok® and Dr. Scholl's.
- Currently a Sr. Director at Nike Sport Research Lab.
- Co-author of "Triathletes in Motion".
Mark Kelley
SEg Vice President Engineering. Mark is the owner of Magma Form a Bay Area produce design, prototyping and design company.
- Technical Design: Creates engineering CAD files and production-ready files, ensuring accurate and manufacturable product designs.
- Prototyping: Works closely with Marc Evans to transform concepts into physical prototypes, bringing ideas to life.
- Branding Leadership: Leads the branding efforts for SEg, contributing to the company's visual identity and market presence.
Mark Kelley provides the technical expertise and design leadership necessary to bring SEg's innovative products from concept to market.
Brenton Ford
Advising Consultant Product Testing
- Experienced swimmer and coach with a focus on technique.
- Tested SEg prototypes and provided early-stage input.
- Founder of Effortless Swimming, a platform for swim technique education.
